Chapter 38: Much Ado About Going the Hell Home
A few days later, Elizabeth's stay with the Collinses has reached its conclusion. She eats breakfast with Mr. Collins the final morning, who is his usual long-winded and sickeningly gracious self. His well-wishes dominate the chapter, but aside from Elizabeth's departure, nothing really happens.
On the way, she meets up with Jane at their aunt and uncle's place in London. Since they won't have the privacy to catch up until they get home, however, nothing really happens.
